Yes. The availability request is only informational until you confirm the next steps.
Do I need to pay everything upfront?
No. To reserve, the reservation deposit is EUR 200. The remaining amount and EUR 150 security deposit are paid by check-in.
Are cleaning and linen included?
Yes. The homes are cleaned before check-in and the price includes bed linen, face towels and bath towels for each guest.
Can I choose the home first?
Yes. Each home has photos, amenities and its own calendar so you can compare before asking for the price.
